beach proximity decent gym bad mold smell great location
the location are good i think. the beach proximity is a plus. the gym looked decent i didn't use it because im lazy.
the air conditioning unit stank really bad. i'm upset my luggage stinks like the mold from this ac.

i found the breakfast had a good variety. the children's pool included a shade, it was great with the hot sun. the staff was helpful, i appreciated that.
the service was not that good. the room type i booked was not available upon arrival. i felt that was a shame and left a negative vibe on my vacation.

Wonderful Beachside Stay
direct access kitchen facilities polite staff
The location offered direct beach access, a huge plus. Our room had kitchen facilities, which proved very useful . Staff members Hana and Sama were very polite and helpful. The pool was clean and a good temperature.
The stove looked outdated.

The team addressed requests promptly and with great consideration. All staff members are always smiling. They are always ready to help, offering assistance with suitcases and other needs.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It is just a short three-minute walk away. A nearby luxury shopping mall provides great opportunities for shopping and dining. The beach is also clean! though the parking was expensive.

the location was great close to the beach it was just a short walk
i found the room smelled unpleasant and that was a problem also there were ants everywhere i couldn't get rid of them the odor and insects really detracted from my stay

location is great, right on kite beach. staff were friendly and helpful . the room was spacious. breakfast had good options, i found many choices i liked.
the iron in the room was not good. it damaged my clothes. i also felt i didn't receive enough towels.

the breakfast terrace overlooks the sea, a nice way to start the day. the hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of food. the food quality was good and the dishes had nice flavor.
